• You will reliably ensure a trouble-free supply of materials on time and in the right quantities
• You will plan parts and materials, taking into account delivery times, requirements and cost-effectiveness
• Create IT-supported scheduling plans, and optimise scheduling plans independently
• You deal with delivery problems in a solution-oriented manner and also take on complaints management
• You coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and ensure clear and reliable communication
• You closely monitor delivery deadlines and initiate appropriate measures in the event of deviations
• You manage and optimise inventories with foresight and actively counteract excess and and shortages
• Supplier:You select suppliers with regard to quality, costs and availability and evaluate them carefully

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training in logistics, materials management or scheduling
• You have already gained professional experience in scheduling, production planning or materials management
• A good understanding of production processes and material flows characterises you
• You are confident with ERP systems and MS Office
• Good written and spoken German language skills are part of your portfolio
• A structured, independent, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Organisational strength and the ability to set priorities characterise you
• Communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with internal interfaces and suppliers round off your profile
