• You will work independently on several workstations in various production lines and adhere to all specified standards
• You will precisely mould and inject silicone and resin systems
• You will professionally bond plastic and metal parts
• You will carry out demanding wiring and (hard) soldering work
• Assembly work on plastic components, production equipment and small devices are also part of your daily routine
• You operate machines such as moulding systems and heating presses and take care of their maintenance and servicing
• You are responsible for the careful documentation and quality control of your work results
• You actively support measures for the continuous improvement of the production process

• You have completed a technical vocational training programme, e.g. as a process mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• relevant professional experience in the industry is an advantage for you
• you have a high level of quality awareness as well as manual dexterity and technical understanding
• willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift) and late shift)
• Fluency in written and spoken German and a basic knowledge of English are part of your portfolio
• Basic IT skills are also an advantage
