• You will be responsible for analysing and determining all necessary production or assembly steps for successful production
• You will create work plans and production documentation
• You will also be responsible for determining material requirements and ordering raw materials in accordance with production requirements
• You will work closely with the various departments such as production, design, purchasing, sales and quality control to ensure a smooth process
• You will be responsible for the technical feasibility testing of new components, cost calculations and technical support for production
• coordinating and supporting external manufacturing processes, including handling enquiries, orders and logistical matters
• identifying potential for optimising manufacturing processes and initiating appropriate measures are part of your job
• last but not least, you will carry out analyses to improve production performance and efficiency

• You have completed training as a fitter (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in work preparation or production planning, ideally in the metal industry
• knowledge of materials management and production logistics
• you are confident in using MS Office applications and production planning software
• good written and spoken German skills characterise you
• you show a willingness for further training and development in the field of work preparation and production planning
• commitment, reliability as well as an independent and safe way of working speak for you
