• You will act as the technical point of contact for production-related enquiries and provide support for electrical and pneumatic machinery
• You will coordinate electrical and pneumatic automated production solutions and actively drive their further development
• You will independently conduct machine and production presentations for customers – both on-site and across Europe
• Working closely with Sales and R&D, you will develop market- and customer-oriented service and production solutions
• You will deliver product training at our Bremen site and at European customers’ premises
• You will also support our in-house production of sun protection systems
• You will contribute to the further development of the order entry software and produce technical documentation

• You have completed a vocational qualification in a technical field, e.g. mechatronics technician (m/f/d), mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• You have a good knowledge of electrical engineering and a sound understanding of physical and technical processes; Knowledge of mathematical geometry is an advantage
• Programming skills, ideally in Java and/or Groovy, are a given for you
• You are confident using MS Office
• Good command of English, as well as spoken German and a valid work permit
• You are willing to travel extensively within Europe and hold a Class B driving licence
• You impress with a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a high degree of independence
• A high level of commitment, a confident manner and the ability to work well in a team round off your profile
