Production Worker – Assembly (m/f/d)

• You will retrofit assembly equipment and check the safety devices
• You will prepare ball bearings, cleaning and greasing them in accordance with the manufacturing instructions
• You will assemble the rotor and connect the winding
• You assemble motor, compressor and pump components with precision, and measure spacer sleeves where necessary
• You carry out mechanical functional tests and visual inspections of pumps or compressors
• You rework faulty parts and repair failed components
• You apply your skills flexibly at various assembly workstations

• You have gained some initial professional experience in the assembly of sub-assemblies or the production of electric motors
• You can also demonstrate your skills as an assembler (m/f/d)
• You have a good command of spoken German and can provide valid work permits
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• You are also willing to contribute to improvement processes
