Production Worker – Component Assembly (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will assemble components in accordance with specified work instructions
• You will carry out simple soldering tasks carefully and precisely
• You encapsulate Track-Solar devices in accordance with specifications
• During assembly, you ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• You check finished assemblies for correct assembly and functionality
• You will prepare components and materials for assembly using parts lists and drawings
• You will support the team in ensuring a smooth production process
• You carry out minor rework and corrections to the assemblies independently
• You document the work steps carried out in accordance with company guidelines
• You will keep tools and equipment in good working order and tidy

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or in a comparable metalworking profession; alternatively, as a motivated career changer, you possess technical understanding
• You are characterised by manual dexterity and a good technical understanding
• Initial experience with soldering is an advantage, but not essential
• Working carefully and precisely in accordance with specified work instructions comes naturally to you
• You reliably adhere to quality and safety standards
• You enjoy working as part of a team and support your colleagues in ensuring a smooth production process
• You bring reliability and a sense of responsibility to your assembly work
• A basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level) is required
• A valid work permit is required
