• You prepare components for the painting process by sanding, masking, degreasing and applying insulation
• When it comes to bolted assemblies, you assist the team with final assembly
• You will clean, degrease and mask workpieces such as metal parts or fan components so that they can be painted to the highest standard
• You will help with loading and positioning the components in the paint shop
• You will carry out simple painting and coating tasks in accordance with instructions
• You will inspect the painted parts for surface defects and carry out minor touch-ups

• Ideally, you will already have some experience in painting or surface technology, but career changers (m/f/d) are also very welcome
• You are characterised by manual dexterity and an eye for detail and quality
• You have a good command of spoken and written German, as well as a valid work permit
• You are willing to work shifts as part of your day-to-day work
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team, and an energetic and independent approach to your work round off your profile
