• You will provide technical guidance to production staff in the steel construction department and, where necessary, stand in for the head of department
• You will closely monitor production in specific areas
• You implement changes in a targeted manner
• You carefully inspect finished components
• You understand technical drawings and implement them confidently
• You work independently based on sketches and drawings
• You will occasionally be working on construction sites
• You will actively participate in meetings
• Receiving and inspecting steel deliveries form part of your responsibilities

• You have completed vocational training or further training in the metalworking sector (m/f/d)
• You have experience in supervising production staff
• You have welding skills
• You have already gained experience in steel and metal construction
• You also have German language skills at B2 level and valid work permits
• You work independently and demonstrate a sense of responsibility
