• You will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the amphibious aircraft development programme
• Your responsibilities will include schedule, budget and risk management, as well as ongoing programme monitoring
• You will set priorities and resolve programme conflicts as part of project management
• In stakeholder and supplier management, you will coordinate the relevant partners and contractors
• You will closely coordinate with customers, regulatory authorities and internal teams
• You will actively participate in design reviews and contribute your technical expertise
• You will prepare executive reports for senior management and compile relevant key performance indicators
• You will report regularly on programme progress directly to senior management
• You will independently lead development activities with a focus on design, integration and certification
• You will maintain close coordination with the small team in Germany, as well as with the parent company and the CEO in China, taking into account the time difference of around 6 hours when scheduling meetings

• You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in aerospace engineering or hold a comparable qualification
• You have at least 10 years’ relevant professional experience in aerospace engineering, ideally gained from aviation and avionics projects
• You have relevant experience in programme and project management
• You have sound IT skills and are confident in using industry-standard software and MS Office
• You have experience of working with international and multicultural teams
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a very good command of English at least at C1 level, as English is the company’s working language
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking are among your strengths
• You are distinguished by your excellent communication and organisational skills
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit
