Job description

  • You will assume overall responsibility for the product and service portfolio, from the initial innovation idea through to market launch and the entire product lifecycle
  • You will manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, whilst representing the programme’s interests in dealings with international teams in Germany, France, Switzerland and the USA
  • Working closely with Finance, Sales, Engineering and Operations, you will develop forecasts and production plans
  • You will conduct regular internal and external reviews to ensure the programme stays on course and to maintain transparency regarding objectives, progress and risks for all stakeholders
  • You will play an active role in the further development of processes and knowledge management, and contribute to continuous improvement
  • You will represent the company externally, contribute to employer branding and exemplify the company’s values in your day-to-day work
  • In risk and crisis management, you will provide support and act as an early warning system for critical project issues
  • You will be independently responsible for internal and external programme reporting
  • You will create, maintain and update KPIs, including associated action plans
  • You draw up and monitor the organisational and financial planning required to achieve project milestones – development and manufacturing costs, timetables, technical requirements and quality, as well as delivery schedules

Requirements
