• You will handle internal and external project correspondence

• You have completed a qualification as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have relevant professional experience in a commercial role
• you are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel
• Your excellent written and spoken German enables you to communicate clearly and professionally
• You are willing to work shifts
• Your strengths include a meticulous and independent approach to work, as well as strong organisational skills
