• You will independently carry out the planning and coordination of complex construction measures in the regional low and medium-voltage grid, taking into account all technical safety regulations and internal quality standards
• In addition, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive advice and support for all customer concerns in the grid area, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring relevant legislative changes in the energy market and ensuring the operational implementation and necessary adjustments to internal processes in your specialist area
• The creation, preparation and professional interpretation of energy industry statistics and complex analyses are also part of your regular tasks for internal reporting to the management
• As part of your work, you will support load management in accordance with the specific requirements of the operating departments and thus actively contribute to the security of supply and grid stability of your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will support close technical cooperation with various specialist departments such as Service, IT and Controlling to ensure smooth interface communication within the entire company
• Finally, you will be responsible for continuous process optimisation in your area of responsibility and proactively contribute to the design of future-oriented solutions for the local infrastructure and the energy transition

• Successfully completed further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering is the essential qualification for this challenging position
• You have a sound basis as a plant mechanic for supply technology (m/f/d), electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) as well as a degree in engineering
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in the energy industry, ideally in network planning or the technical operation of supply networks, taking into account the current energy industry framework conditions
• You have a sound knowledge of industry-specific software as well as common IT applications and MS Office programmes to efficiently handle your daily office tasks
• You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure professional communication with customers and the various internal departments at all times
• Furthermore, you have a high level of communication skills and team spirit, which will help you to convey complex issues to the right audience and work successfully with colleagues
• Finally, you are a very responsible person and always work in a cost-orientated manner and with a high level of initiative, in order to safely achieve the set company goals as part of your daily projects
