Job description

  • In this role, you will independently manage investment projects in the field of process engineering, with a focus on solid-state process engineering, from the initial brief through to commissioning
  • You will monitor and manage quality, costs and deadlines for the current project, including the associated reporting
  • You will handle customer communication and coordinate all relevant internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth implementation
  • You will develop process engineering concepts, compare and evaluate alternatives to find the optimal solution, and prepare a cost estimate

Requirements

  • A successfully completed degree in process engineering, chemical engineering or mechanical engineering forms the basis of your qualifications
  • You have already gained at least 3 years’ professional experience in the field of process engineering project planning for plants in the chemical industry
  • You have sound IT skills and proficiency in MS Office, as well as knowledge of CAD and process engineering calculations
  • You have excellent written and spoken English and German
  • You are characterised by a strong understanding of quality requirements and the consistent implementation of material and assembly specifications
  • You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit
