• You will analyse the specific quality requirements of the ISCC-EU system and apply them in a structured manner to the existing organisational structures within the company
• You will document existing processes in detail and evaluate them critically
• You define interfaces, evidence and documentation for all relevant areas
• You oversee the establishment of a management system structure that complies with regulations, taking into account the defined quality standards
• You document procedural instructions and areas of responsibility comprehensively and in a traceable manner
• You implement the requirements for complete traceability and chain of custody in day-to-day project operations
• You actively support the operational implementation of control points in the relevant departments
• You carry out targeted internal audits and derive improvements from them

• You have completed a vocational training programme or hold a qualification in environmental management (m/f/d) or quality management (m/f/d), or have a degree in environmental engineering, environmental sciences or quality engineering
• You have demonstrable professional experience in the design and implementation of management systems
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Renewable Energy Directive and the ISCC-EU audit requirements
• You are confident in using standard IT applications for process documentation, as well as CAQ and ERP systems
• Your profile includes native-level (C2/C1) written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English
• Analytical thinking and a strong ability to organise your work set you apart when dealing independently with complex documentation requirements
• You are a strong communicator, work reliably and in a solution-oriented manner, and value goal-oriented, harmonious teamwork
• A valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
