• In this role, you will support and advise our existing customers by telephone and email
• You will be responsible for preparing quotations, processing orders and tracking them
• You will be responsible for preparing dispatch documents and organising the shipment of goods
• You will work closely with Production and Graphics to ensure projects are handled efficiently
• You will manage customer data and projects in the ERP system
• You will assist with the planning and coordination of advertising campaigns
• You will carry out general administrative tasks within the sales department

• You have experience in an internal sales role or a similar position
• Ideally, you have knowledge of advertising technology, printing or media production
• You are confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You also have strong communication skills, organisational talent and a structured approach to your work
• You have a friendly manner and enjoy interacting with customers
• You are a convincing team player who takes the initiative
