• You will be responsible for the planning and site management of electrical engineering projects in accordance with the HOAI
• You will draw up technical concepts and develop them into solutions ready for implementation for the respective construction projects
• Within the project team, your focus will be on high-voltage and/or telecommunications engineering
• You will be responsible for the overall electrical planning in various new-build and refurbishment projects
• You will provide technical and organisational leadership to a cross-trade project team
• You will manage and coordinate the entire project process, from planning through to implementation
• You will work independently on service phases 1–8 of the HOAI
• You will lead the project team, motivate staff and ensure smooth collaboration between the trades involved
• You keep a close eye on deadlines, costs and quality throughout the entire project duration
• You liaise regularly with internal and external project stakeholders, thereby ensuring the project’s success

• You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s, Master’s) or hold a comparable qualification as a technician or master craftsman
• You have already gained at least 3 years’ professional experience in a design office
• You are familiar with the HOAI service phases 1–8
• You have a proven track record in leading project teams, ideally comprising 5 to 8 staff members
• You possess in-depth technical knowledge in the field of high-voltage and/or telecommunications engineering
• You demonstrate strong leadership qualities and are happy to take responsibility for the entire project process
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Working in a structured and independent manner is one of your strengths
• You possess strong communication skills and the ability to assert yourself when dealing with cross-trade project teams
• A deadline- and cost-conscious approach to your work rounds off your profile
