• You will be responsible for comprehensive end-to-end project management to oversee and ensure the timely implementation of all strategic manufacturing and site relocation initiatives, whilst adhering to internal quality standards
• You will also be responsible for the structured management of the site closure by April 2028, including the orderly transfer of the entire production portfolio to Tianjin
• Furthermore, you will oversee the strategic realignment of all engineeringactivities and will seamlessly integrate the CutMaster relocation workstream into the existing WING governance structure
• Ensuring the continuity of day-to-day operations, as well as guaranteeing unrestricted delivery capacity and the usual product quality, is also part of your remit
• As part of your role, you will support the sustainable retention of expertise and coordinate the smooth handover of documentation between all departments involved
• Furthermore, you will support the successful establishment of all necessary interfaces between Wallau and Tianjin in the areas of production, sales, service, quality and the supply chain
• In addition, you will oversee the establishment of the Wallau site for final customer activities such as PDI, finalisation and customer FAT events
• Finally, you will be responsible for professional project documentation, risk management and consistent compliance with all relevant legal requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d), Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) or Production Engineering (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ professional experience in a comparable role in international project management, as well as proven initial leadership experience
• You stand out thanks to your in-depth industry knowledge of mechanical and plant engineering, as well as your thorough understanding of modern production and relocation processes
• You have business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as very good English skills for international communication
• Furthermore, you are willing to travel internationally for over 50 per cent of the time and have solid experience in intercultural and international collaboration
• You also bring a high degree of assertiveness, strong communication skills and a highly developed capacity for organisational and analytical thinking
• Furthermore, you are goal-oriented, resilient, customer-focused and always work in a structured and independent manner, even within complex change processes
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
