• You will be responsible for the independent planning and project management of all measures relating to the construction of modern small-scale systems for heating, ventilation, refrigeration and heat pump installations in a targeted manner
• You will also be responsible for the smooth organisation and comprehensive management of all upcoming modernisation, replacement and optimisation projects at the Erfurt site
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional technical design of all required system components and draw up precisely calculated quotations for customers
• Your responsibilities also include the careful preparation and coordination of all necessary material orders, as well as the management of all external subcontractors
• As part of your role, you will support commercial project management, including structured documentation, on-time invoicing and ongoing project monitoring in SAP
• Furthermore, you will support the service engineers in the field with your technical expertise and ensure that projects always run smoothly
• Finally, you will be responsible for preparing quotations for maintenance and refurbishment work and will reliably oversee projects throughout the Thuringia region

• You have completed further training to become a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d) specialising in air-conditioning technology, building on an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or construction mechanic (m/f/d)
• you also have sound practical experience in the construction of small-scale systems as well as in the modernisation and maintenance of complex technical systems
• your confident user skills in SAP and your professional use of MS Office, particularly Excel, set you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have native-level written and spoken German to ensure confident and error-free communication with all internal contacts
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of structural thinking, strong organisational skills and a strong sense of personal responsibility for your entire remit
• You are also a solution-oriented team player, impress with your customer-focused approach when dealing with clients and always work in a thoroughly goal-oriented manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
