• You will plan and design small-scale systems, such as heating, ventilation, refrigeration and heat pump systems
• You will organise modernisation, replacement and optimisation projects and carry them out independently
• You will carry out the technical specification of the required components and calculate the associated costs
• You will prepare material orders, coordinate their processing and manage subcontractors and external service providers
• You will draw up quotations for maintenance and refurbishment work
• You will be responsible for commercial project management, including documentation, invoicing and controlling in SAP
• You provide technical advice to service technicians and support them on site
• You ensure the smooth running of projects from planning through to handover
• Based in Erfurt, you manage projects in the Thuringia region

• You hold a recognised qualification as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) in the field of heating, air conditioning or refrigeration technology, or as an engineer (m/f/d) in services engineering
• You have experience in the construction of small-scale systems, in the modernisation or maintenance of technical systems
• You have a basic knowledge of SAP and are confident in using MS Office, particularly Excel
• Good written and spoken German is a prerequisite for this role
• You work in a structured manner, have a natural talent for organisation and are happy to take on responsibility
• You are characterised by a customer-focused approach, strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
