• You will be responsible for organising and managing the construction process for foundation works in overhead line construction, working closely with project management and senior fitters
• In this role, you will coordinate and supervise external contractors, subcontractors and material deliveries for foundation, groundworks and civil engineering works
• You will ensure construction progress, consistently monitor schedules and quality standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
• You will document all construction activities professionally and ensure that construction plans, progress reports and site logs are complete
• You will also independently manage and coordinate the use of technical equipment and machinery, and provide technical supervision to the assigned site personnel
• Ensuring compliance with client requirements and the cost-effective, smooth execution of overhead line construction projects falls within your remit
• You assist with budget control, resource planning and cost monitoring in direct consultation with the project management and project administrators
• Project-related special tasks, such as preparing requests for quotations, price comparisons and other project-supporting activities, also form part of your remit

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, such as a Master Craftsman (m/f/d) or Technician (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the construction industry, preferably in overhead line construction, civil engineering or, specifically, in foundation engineering, concrete construction or concrete works
• You also have practical experience in coordinating and managing construction sites, subcontractors and construction processes
• Knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement, foundation construction, soil conditions and foundation and civil engineering works are an advantage
• You are characterised by a high level of safety awareness and a sound understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
• You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, and impress with your organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a confident manner when dealing with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders are among your strengths
• Fluency in spoken and written German is also an asset
• A high level of willingness to travel and a readiness to work on projects across Germany for up to 80 per cent of the time, as well as a Class B driving licence, round off your profile
