You will be responsible for the planning and site management of MEP projects in accordance with service phases 1–8 of the HOAI; you will draw up technical concepts for construction projects and develop these into solutions ready for implementation; you will be responsible for the overall MEP planning in various new-buildand refurbishment projects. You will provide technical leadership to a cross-trade project team and coordinate the trades involved. You will also liaise closely with architects, specialist planners and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, whilst monitoring adherence to deadlines, costs and quality standards throughout the entire project duration. You will oversee the implementation of technical solutions in the field of building services both on-site and in the office. You will independently conduct site meetings and coordination meetings with clients and subcontractors.

• You have successfully completed a degree (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor’s or Master’s) in building services engineering or civil engineering, or have completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing (HVAC)
• You have several years’ professional experience in carrying out service phases 1–8 of the HOAI
• You have experience in managing projects and providing technical leadership to teams of 5 to 8 staff
• You are distinguished by your in-depth technical knowledge in the field of building services engineering, particularly heating, ventilation, sanitation and air-conditioning
• You impress with a structured, independent approach to work, even on complex construction projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to assert yourself when dealing with multi-disciplinary project teams round off your profile
