• You will assume full technical and organisational responsibility for the construction project and ensure compliance with all planned project objectives
• In addition, you will provide the construction management with sound instructions based on the reviewed project principles and coordinate the technical implementation of the planned construction measures

• You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d), Architect (m/f/d) or Industrial Engineer Construction (m/f/d) with a focus on turnkey building construction
• In addition, you have many years of professional experience as a construction manager as well as sound practical experience as a project manager in the realisation of industrial and commercial construction projects
• You are characterised by your confident knowledge of common IT applications for project management as well as industry-specific software for construction accounting and costing
• You have a native level of written and spoken German for communication with customers and project participants:and project participants
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of willingness to travel for nationwide assignments as well as the flexibility to familiarise yourself with the location in Düsseldorf
• Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work in an absolutely structured and responsible manner, taking into account internal quality standards and time constraints
