• You will be responsible for the independent planning and management of complex construction projects in the fields of window fabrication and metalwork, whilst ensuring that all deadlines are met
• you will also be responsible for the technical design and detailed planning of state-of-the-art façade systems from the renowned manufacturers Schüco and Wicona
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional supervision of all construction phases directly on site, as well as the continuous quality control of the installation work to be carried out
• Providing professional support and advice to customers in the field is also part of your daily responsibilities in this role
• As part of your role, you will support the preparation of well-founded quotations and post-project cost analyses for upcoming construction projects, working closely with all relevant stakeholders
• Furthermore, you will support the entire project team in adhering to safety standards and reliably coordinate the schedules of all trades involved
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between architectural practices, clients and internal departments to ensure projects always run smoothly

• You have successfully completed further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d), building on an initial apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d) or glazier (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ professional experience in technical project management and planning in window fabrication, metalwork or façade construction
• Your solid knowledge of Schüco and Wicona, as well as standard IT systems, sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have excellent written and spoken German skills and are able to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of customer focus and assertiveness, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to your work
• You are also an excellent team player and, even under time pressure, always work with the utmost reliability, independence and precision
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
