• You will be responsible for analysing and optimising existing packaging and fulfilment processes to achieve a sustainable reduction in bottlenecks and complex media breaks
• You will also be responsible for the consistent simplification and standardisation of all processes to significantly reduce lead times and increase efficiency
• Furthermore, you will oversee the further development of process control towards a future-proof SAP-based system landscape and successfully phase out manual Excel solutions
• Close collaboration with the internal IT and SAPdepartments to implement modern digital control concepts is one of your key responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the systematic root cause analysis of errors throughout the entire process chain and establish effective control mechanisms
• Furthermore, you will help ensure that delivery delays are prevented in the long term and improve on-time delivery performance for both internal and external customers
• Finally, you will be responsible for introducing high quality standards and relevant key performance indicators to ensure stable process quality in the long term

• You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, logistics or business administration
• you also have several years’ professional experience in project management and in leading complex change projects within production or logistics
• your solid knowledge of SAP processes and modern digital process solutions and methods such as Lean Management, CIP or Six Sigma
• You have business-fluent written and spoken German, as well as a strong command of English for international communication
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of analytical skills, a strong understanding of processes and excellent communication and facilitation skills
• You are also highly effective at putting ideas into practice, demonstrate a high degree of initiative and always work in a goal-oriented and fully independent manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
