Your responsibilities

You will support the technical management team in organising and scheduling construction sites; for daily construction sites, you will draw up deployment schedules for fitters, vehicles and tools. You will act as the link between the company’s operational and strategic divisions. You will accept and independently draw up service orders for the field service team. You will maintain regular contact with customers and internal departments to clarify any outstanding issues and update the relevant orderand deployment data in the relevant systems. You will coordinate dates and resources for site assignments with the departments involved. You will provide expert support in response to technical enquiries from fitters and customers.

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d)
• You have a good understanding of technical matters
• Experience in technical customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
• You enjoy communicating with customers and internal departments
• You are characterised by a structured and independent approach to your work
• You have a talent for organisation and enjoy coordinating various appointments and tasks
• We require a very good command of written and spoken German
• The ability to work well in a team and a confident manner when dealing with different contacts round off your profile
