• You will create, maintain and update the overall project schedule in MS Project and keep all project stakeholders informed of the current status
• You will transfer work scopes from Excel scope lists into an integrated project schedule
• You will coordinate tasks, dependencies, milestones and execution periods closely with the scope managers
• You will set up a resource plan, including capacity analysis, and maintain it on an ongoing basis
• Together with the scope managers, you will develop and implement a daily reporting framework for TAR execution, structure reporting processes, identify schedule deviations at an early stage and monitor the critical path
• You keep the schedule up to date based on the daily progress reports
• You prepare regular schedule status reports and analyses for the project management team
• You support the project management team in schedule control and the coordination of the overall project

• You have several years’ experience in scheduling turnarounds, plant shutdowns or similar projects in the chemical or process engineering industry
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Project, particularly in the creation and maintenance of complex schedules, including resource planning
• You are confident using Excel and have experience in converting extensive scope lists into project schedules
• You have already worked successfully with interdisciplinary project teams and various specialist trades
• You understand the processes and dependencies involved in a turnaround, and you know how to manage the critical path
• Good to very good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
• You impress in day-to-day project work with your strong communication and coordination skills
• You are characterised by strong organisational skills and a solution-oriented approach
• You are confident in your dealings with internal and external project stakeholders
