- In this role, you will be responsible for the full general ledger accounting for individual companies and for preparing their monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- You will optimise accounting standards and processes and contribute to the organisation and optimisation of workflows within the relevant IT systems
- You will be responsible for controlling and reporting within the framework of scheduled and ad hoc reporting
- You will check incoming invoice registers, organise the filing of invoices in the digital archive and maintain master files, contract files and tax files, including their filing systems and tables of contents

Requirements

- You have at least 3 years’ solid experience in the property sector in a comparable role
- You have in-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and tax law, as well as the ability to prepare reliable financial statements in accordance with the HGB; knowledge of IFRS is not required
- You are motivated by an interest in construction projects and property portfolios, as well as by the opportunity to expand your remit to include controlling functions
- Your strengths include excellent knowledge of ERP systems and a confident command of MS Office, particularly Excel
- You have knowledge of iX-Haus, including Docuware, as well as Lucanet for reporting
