Property Administrator (m/f/d)

• In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants in the event of faults and repairs
• You will be responsible for taking calls from our tenants
• You will be responsible for allocating repair jobs to our service partners and tradespeople
• You will coordinate appointments and work schedules between tenants and tradespeople and keep track of all outstanding jobs
• You will also provide information on status, deadlines and any queries, whilst keeping track of the progress of each case
• You will check incoming invoices from tradespeople for accuracy and correctness of figures and authorise them for payment

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a property sales assistant (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have professional experience in the property sector
• You have experience of working with ERP systems and can quickly get to grips with new software
• You are characterised by your understanding of tenants’ concerns and your ability to find solution-oriented approaches
• You communicate clearly and courteously, even in difficult situations
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit for Germany, round off your profile
