• You will handle enquiries and cases relating to tenant services
• You will also coordinate and manage measures and services
• You will act as the point of contact for tenants, service providers and internal departments
• You will also monitor the correct and timely processing of cases
• Finally, you will check the relevant documents and invoices

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), a Property Management Assistant (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have experience in order processing, ideally in property management
• You are also welcome to apply as a career changer (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
• You have experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Sage, Wowiport) and are open to digital applications
• Basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• Furthermore, you work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
• Finally, you are a good team player
