Job description

  • You will be responsible for the follow-up of maintenance and individual measures in existing properties
  • You will also be responsible for commissioning, scheduling and managing external service providers (m/f/d)
  • You will be responsible for active follow-up, documentation and consistent case closure
  • You will take care of communication with tenants:internal and external partners as well as the coordination of access and appointments
  • You will be responsible for checking offers, costs and invoices in cooperation with the administration
  • You will provide operational support to the management in day-to-day business
  • You will be involved in refurbishment, modernisation and development projects
  • Preparing the basis for decisions and obtaining offers rounds off your area of work

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a business degree related to the property industry, construction or project management
  • You also have several years of relevant professional experience (min. 5 years) of relevant professional experience, ideally in the property, construction or administration environment
  • You have experience with tool-based working methods, ideally with software solutions from property management or project management,
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • You have a very independent, structured and committed way of working
  • Your strong organisational and assertiveness skills as well as flawless, professional communication with business people speak for you
