You will be responsible for the commercial administration of tenancy and lease agreements; you will also draw up heatingand service charge statements for the company’s residential and commercial properties. You will also be responsible for compiling cross-departmental benchmarks. Furthermore, you will handle correspondence with tenants, service providers and utility companies. You will also be responsible for the digital management and master data maintenance of the company’s property portfolio. Last but not least, you will work on projects relating to turnover, index, graduated rent and deposit management

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial field or hold a degree in a commercial discipline, such as Business Administration, Economics or a qualification as a property agent (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in billing or a related field, such as bookkeeping, is an advantage but not a requirement
• You have a strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Good written and spoken German is an asset
• A quick grasp of new concepts, a thorough, results- and structure-oriented approach to work, a strong aptitude for numbers and a genuine enjoyment of your work round off your profile
• Last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
