• You will be responsible for managing owners’ associations in commercial and organisational matters
• You will draw up budget plans and annual accounts and monitor cash flows
• You will prepare and chair owners’ meetings and implement the resolutions passed
• You will coordinate maintenance and modernisation work with service providers and tradespeople
• As the point of contact, you will advise and support owners, authorities and business partners
• You will maintain the property documentation and optimise administrative processes

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Further training as a real estate specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable additional qualification would be an advantage
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and a professional manner
• You are characterised by a structured, independent and reliable approach to your work
• Organisational skills and a solution- and customer-focused mindset are among your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
