• In this role, you will be responsible for the entire management of lettings and tenancies within your area of responsibility
• You will conduct property viewings as well as pre-occupancy and end-of-tenancy inspections
• You will also draw up tenancy agreements and handle tenant changes and terminations
• You will advise tenants on technical issues
• Furthermore, you will recalculate rents following tenant changes and modernisation works, and determine the economic basis for setting rents and leases
• You will then commission maintenance work, monitor its implementation and process the associated invoices
• You will carry out regular inspections of your area of responsibility, monitor the work of third-party contractors and identify maintenance requirements within your area
• Finally, you will document and maintain tenant- and property-related portfolio data

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a property sales assistant (m/f/d) or a property and housing management assistant (m/f/d), or have several years’ relevant professional experience
• You have practical experience in letting, managing and administering residential property
• You are proficient in using MS Office programmes; knowledge of SAP/R3 would be an advantage
• you have a good command of written and spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• you also hold a Class B driving licence
