Your responsibilities

You will organise and coordinate national and international trade fairs, events and conferences; occasional travel is part of your role when you attend events on site; you will independently maintain and manage the company’s website and intranet; you will optimise and manage the company’s onlinemarketing activities. You will create and design presentations, leaflets and catalogues in line with current requirements. You will work closely with external service providers such as advertising agencies and printers. You will prepare visual material for publications using your knowledge of image editing and photography. You will manage the socialmedia channels and contribute to the development of their content; you will write and edit texts and content for public relations in German and English; you will support the planning and implementation of PR and communication initiatives

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational training programme as an events manager (m/f/d), marketing communications specialist (m/f/d) or media specialist (m/f/d)
• You have experience in organising and coordinating trade fairs and events
• You have knowledge of image editing and photography
• You have in-depth knowledge of online marketing and social media
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence for occasional business travel
• Strong communication skills and organisational talent are among your strengths
• You present yourself with confidence and assurance, including when dealing with external service providers and partners
