- You will be responsible for independently carrying out professional tendering processes and detailed comparisons of quotations in the field of technical building management and building services engineering
- You will also be responsible for the targeted negotiation of contracts with external service providers and suppliers, whilst adhering to defined quality standards
- Furthermore, you will oversee the consistent monitoring of all agreed delivery dates and reliably ensure compliance with internal quality and safety requirements
- The careful maintenance of master data in the supplier database, as well as the comprehensive documentation of all processes within the modern CAFMsystem
- As part of your role, you will support technical facilities management and other internal specialist departments with all operational and strategic procurement matters
- Furthermore, you will support the Controlling department in the regular analysis of relevant procurement metrics and play an active role in optimising existing procurement processes

Requirements
