• You prepare and evaluate cost and value analyses
• When reviewing supplier quotations, you check the underlying calculations for plausibility
• You will facilitate supplier workshops, thereby promoting a shared understanding of processes
• You will independently identify and assess potential savings
• You will assist with price negotiations with suppliers and help to secure favourable outcomes
• You will liaise regularly with Production regarding requirements and delivery dates
• You maintain and update procurement-related data and documents in the system
• You are in ongoing contact with suppliers regarding terms and conditions, deadlines and complaints

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in procurement, preferably in the service or project sector
• You are confident using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• You have a car to travel to your place of work
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and strong negotiation and communication skills are to your credit
• Your analytical thinking, structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative round off your profile
