• You handle the entire ordering process for materials and services independently and on time
• You carefully update and manage all relevant supplier and article master data in the system
• You obtain quotations, check them and compare them to ensure optimal conditions
• You check incoming order confirmations, track them and record them in the system
• monitor compliance with delivery dates and quantities and initiate appropriate measures in the event of deviations
• coordinate continuously with suppliers on orders, delivery status, clarification cases and optimisation options
• check incoming invoices for quantities, prices and contractual agreements
• process and follow up on complaints about delivered materials and services

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in purchasing
• You are confident with MS Office, the ERP system and ideally have knowledge of SAGE 100
• You are characterised by a fluent command of written and spoken German and score highly in English
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and strong negotiating and communication skills speak in your favour
• Your analytical thinking skills, structured way of working and a high level of initiative round off your profile
