• You trigger orders and ensure that everything is organised smoothly
• Invoice verification and processing are part of your daily business
• You create new suppliers in the system and maintain the necessary data in SAP
• You keep an eye on KPIs and create regular reports
• You support the specialist buyers:
• you will carefully and reliably document the purchasing processes

• You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have experience in (strategic) purchasing, ideally in an industrial or processing environment
• You are familiar with the SAP MM module and are confident in using it
• You are also experienced in working with Microsoft Office
• Not least, you communicate confidently in English - both orally and in writing
