• You will be responsible for determining and planning requirements, i.e. analysing which materials or services are needed, in what quantity and at what time
• You will be responsible for searching for suitable suppliers, conducting market research, obtaining quotations and carrying out price comparisons
• Conducting price negotiations and concluding contracts (e.g. framework agreements).
• You will be responsible for placing orders, tracking delivery dates and ensuring punctual delivery
• You will be responsible for checking incoming goods for quality and quantity and processing returns
• The evaluation and development of suppliers to ensure quality as well as the reduction of purchasing costs (cost savings) and optimisation of stock levels round off your job profile

• You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d), a degree, e.g. in business administration or a comparable qualification. in business administration or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained professional experience in purchasing or in a comparable position, ideally in the area of demand assessment, supplier management and order processing
• Your basic knowledge of contract law, especially with regard to framework agreements and purchasing negotiations, speaks in your favour
• You are confident in using MS Office (especially Excel) and have knowledge of common ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) are an advantage for you
• You have a strong analytical mindset to reliably determine requirements and optimise purchasing processes
• You are characterised by strong negotiating and communication skills for confident discussions with suppliers and internally
