• You will be responsible for ordering motor vehicle spare parts, as well as operating supplies and consumables
• You will process all orders
• You will ensure that the parts and materials to be ordered are correct from both a commercial and technical perspective
• You will also handle complaints and warranty claims

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), automotive sales assistant (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade sales assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you are a team player and have a good understanding of people
• you approach customers with enthusiasm and are a good communicator
• you are confident in using SAP and MS Office
• A Class B driving licence rounds off your profile
• Valid work permits (work authorisation) and business-level written and spoken German are essential for employment
