• You ensure the availability of materials for projects in terms of quality, timeliness and cost
• You obtain and evaluate quotations
• You maintain and manage stock levels reliably
• You pass on obligations arising from the customer contract as effectively as possible
• You clarify technical and contractual interfaces in accordance with specifications
• You are involved in supplier selection and initiate procurement processes

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have many years’ professional experience in procurement, ideally in the service or project sector
• you are confident using MS Office and the ERP system
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and strong negotiation and communication skills are your key strengths
• Your analytical thinking, structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative round off your profile
