• You will be responsible for material planning and operational scheduling
• You will be responsible for planning and ensuring the availability of materials
• Your tasks will also include analysing requirements, consumption patterns and planning parameters for inventory and process optimisation
• You will take care of orders, checking order confirmations and tracking delivery dates
• you are responsible for maintaining the data in the ERP system
• clarifying invoice, quantity and stock discrepancies in coordination with suppliers falls within your remit

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally you have ABAS knowledge
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Good written and spoken German and English skills characterise you
• Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiation and communication skills speak in your favour
