• You will handle orders and determine delivery quantities
• You’ll be responsible for supplier management, correspondence and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• You’ll monitor stock levels and stock turnover, and ensure cost transparency

• Ideally, you will have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained professional experience in technical procurement
• You are also proficient in using MS Office programmes and SAP or a similar ERP system
• You have a strong command of written and spoken English
• You are characterised by a holistic, cost-oriented approach to thinking and acting
