• You process and execute purchase orders independently in the ERP system
• Your analysis of stock levels and production data ensures the supply of materials
• You reliably organise and monitor external services and additional work

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Your initial experience in purchasing or materials management is an advantage
• In dealing with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage or Microsoft Dynamics
• A reliable and structured way of working is one of your strengths
• You are characterised by your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
