Job description

  • You will provide support in purchasing
  • You will also check demand reports from the specialist departments
  • You will select preferred suppliers, get offers and evaluate them
  • you are responsible for triggering orders
  • you assist with dunning and invoice verification
  • you are responsible for checking delivery availability
  • you are responsible for dispatch processing

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in purchasing
  • You are confident with MS Office and the SAP system
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills characterise you
  • Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiating and communication skills speak in your favour
  • Your analytical thinking, structured way of working and high level of initiative round off your profile
