• You will be responsible for independently carrying out tenders, detailed price comparisons and the subsequent contractual negotiations with all subcontractors and suppliers
• You will also be responsible for the precise preparation of comparative price tables and the drafting of well-founded award recommendations for the site management
• Furthermore, you will oversee the targeted analysis of current market developments, identifying new suitable contractual partners and maintaining existing partner relationships in the long term
• Your responsibilities also include providing ongoing advisory support to the relevant project teams and the internal costing department on all specific procurement-related issues
• As part of your role, you will support the optimisation of all existing procurement processes and the ongoing maintenance of relevant master data in the system, in accordance with internal guidelines
• Finally, you will be responsible for the commercial management of complaints relating to quality deviations and will ensure the timely processing of all procurement transactions in close coordination with the project managers

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or Construction Technician (m/f/d)
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in procurement within the construction industry, as well as in-depth market knowledge of subcontractors and suppliers
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of standard MS Office applications and initial practical experience with the industry-specific software RIB iTWO
• You have a high level of proficiency in spoken and written German, as well as a good basic knowledge of English for communication in a procurement context
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of technical understanding, negotiation skills and a highly structured, results-oriented approach to your work
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
