• You will carry out in-process checks and assist the production team with troubleshooting
• You will independently draw up repair and refurbishment procedures
• Checking products against quality-related parameters will fall within your remit
• You will handle quality defects
• Analytical work carried out alongside production within a fully continuous shift system is a key part of your role
• You will be responsible for the development and validation of analytical methods
• You will manage and maintain the retained sample stores
• You will carry out and conscientiously monitor maintenance, calibration and qualification work
• Finally, you will be responsible for sampling raw materials

• You have completed your training as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d)
• Your professional experience in quality control sets you apart
• You also have experience with FT-IR, GC-MS, HPLC-UV-Vis, as well as with wet chemical methods such as saponification number, turbidity point determination, Karl Fischer water content measurement and hydroxyl number determination
• you are proficient in MS Office and, ideally, have user-level knowledge of SAP
• Good written and spoken German is part of your skill set
• You are naturally willing to work shifts
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
