• You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in operational quality assurance and for the continuous monitoring of our entire sausage production process in accordance with specified quality standards
• You will also be responsible for the daily storage of the previous day’s samples and the systematic allocation of all relevant batch numbers
• You will also oversee the comprehensive record-keeping of the production process, continuously documenting all parameters to be adhered to as well as critical temperatures
• Independently monitoring all staff to ensure correct compliance with all hygiene regulations is also part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will support the meticulous completion of all necessary documentation using Microsoft Excel and modern SAP software
• Furthermore, you will actively assist with the preparation of content for internal training sessions and the conduct of regular audits at the production site
• Finally, you will be responsible for the professional execution of various laboratory tasks and analytical tests, including the regular tasting of the sausage products produced

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a food technologist (m/f/d), Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d) or Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical experience in in-house quality assurance and a good understanding of the consistent implementation of relevant hygiene regulations
• Your confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel, sets you apart, as does your initial experience with SAP
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German enables you to keep records smoothly and communicate effectively with all departments
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of quality awareness, a medical certificate and a strong attention to detail to all your daily tasks
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
