• When handling customer complaints and repair orders, you’ll be in direct contact with customers and will put your communication skills to good use
• You’ll carry out incoming goods inspections and detailed measurement work in the fields of mechanics and optics with great care
• Test equipment management also falls within your area of responsibility
• You will reliably generate and analyse quality reports from SAP and PowerBI
• When processing quality documentation, you will ensure completeness and accuracy
• Audit support and the associated documentation form part of your duties and are carried out by you in a professional manner
• You take responsibility for complaint management and the preparation of test reports

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, a Bachelor’s degree, or you are an industrial clerk (m/f/d) specialising in quality management
• you also have experience in quality management
• you are confident in using measuring equipment such as callipers, height gauges, dial gauges and gauges; Experience in 3D design is welcome
• You have good to very good knowledge of MS Office, as well as confidence in using ERP systems – ideally with SAP and the Q module
• You are characterised by technical expertise, a quick grasp of new concepts and a structured approach to your work
