• You will assist with quality assurance in sausage production
• You will store the previous day’s samples and assign the relevant batch numbers
• You will maintain records of the production process, temperatures and other relevant parameters
• As part of your role, you will monitor staff to ensure compliance with all hygiene regulations
• You will carry out documentation tasks using MS Excel and SAP
• You will prepare training sessions and audits and assist in their delivery
• You will carry out laboratory work, tests and tastings independently
• You record and maintain quality-related data in the merchandise management system
• You document any deviations from quality standards and forward the relevant reports

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a

Food Technology Specialist

(m/f/d),

butcher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have relevant professional experience in quality assurance
• you are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Your ability to work as part of a team and your proactive approach to work are strong points in your favour
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
